The location is convenient. It is near notting hill and portobello street. i liked that many shops, restaurants, and bars were within walking distance. nottingham hill station is less than 10 minutes away, so traveling was easy.
the staff was okay, not REALLY great in customer care.

I would have liked a television in my room. I also missed having bottled water provided.

The room had garden view. The location was superb. The decor of this boutique hotel is beautiful. I found the hotel very English.
The shower in my room was super tiny. It was difficult to move around in it. There was also no shampoo available.
